The Project
Friends Gym is a modern and interactive fitness website built with React, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js. The platform features 3D animated branding elements, fully responsive design across all devices, and a streamlined booking system that sends confirmations via both email and WhatsApp. Developed with a clean, modular backend architecture for easy maintenance and scalability.
Local fitness businesses compete in an oversaturated market. The challenge was standing out against established chains with a limited budget while driving measurable enrollment increases. The booking flow needed to be frictionless and work across WhatsApp — the platform their audience uses most.
We built a high-performance React application with custom 3D/tilt logic for interactive branding, Framer Motion for smooth animations, and a robust Node.js/Express backend. The booking system integrates Nodemailer for email confirmations and WhatsApp API for instant booking notifications. Strategic SEO optimization targets nearby neighborhoods for maximum local visibility.
